Gwernyfed and Athletic sides train on a Wednesday evening at 7 pm.
The Youth side trains on a Tuesday night at 6:30pm.
The Ladies team
trains on a Thursday evening at 7pm
Junior (U12-U16) squads train on a Thursday evening at 6:30pm
and occasionally on Sundays at 10:30am, depending on fixtures.
Mini (U8-U11) squads train on a
Sunday at 10:30am.
